Randy and Danelle Marquardt Benefit

Join us to support the Marquardt Benefit on July 25th from 12pm to 5pm.

The Marquardt siblings are throwing a benefit party for our parents, Randy and Danelle Marquardt.

Our dad, Randy, has been battling Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM). He was officially diagnosed three years ago after nearly 15 years of medical tests, treatment attempts, and surgeries. IBM is a rare, chronic, progressive disease which results in gradual and complete muscle weakness. This illness has stolen all of his independence. He was forced into early retirement and his physical limitations prohibit him from doing things that most take for granted every day. Among other things, he cannot drive, stand up from a chair/ out of bed, or eat a meal without choking. It is a terribly helpless feeling knowing the only treatment for this disease is “a good support system.” Though he has this, it doesn’t help ease the disease.

Our mom, Danelle, has been our dad’s full-time caregiver while also working full-time as a Health Aid in the school system. She is now facing a health battle of her own. Over the past few months, she has been hospitalized twice with severe double pneumonia. Our mom is unable to return to work at this time, and has no current timeline to return. Our parents have spent their lives working hard, helping others, and never asking for anything in return. The setback of these ailments has been extreme.

Donations will help with the following:
• Make accessibility upgrades to their home as our dad’s condition progresses
• Assist with mortgage/ medical and other bill payments which have fallen behind
• Help purchase an accessible van that can safely transport our dad in his wheelchair

In preparation for the event, we are seeking for donations in the form of:
• Raffle Basket and/ or Silent Auction donations (items, trinkets, decor, gift cards, themed baskets, etc. – anything is appreciated. We will find a themed basket for any donation!)
• Musicians/ Bands willing to donate their time and talent
• Money (cash, check, Venmo/ Apple Pay accepted) for both upfront benefit costs and as donations- anything extra collected up front will be collected and given to Randy and Danelle as donation.

Suit Up the Makers Fundraiser Event

Join us for a fun night supporting the future of Kimberly Papermaker Football on August 8th starting at 5:30pm.

The Suit Up the Makers Fundraiser will help raise funds for new Kimberly Football uniforms for the 2027 season. Kimberly Football has not received new uniforms in over 10 years, and we’re excited to bring the community together to help support this tradition-rich program.

Ticket Includes:
• Event admission
• Dinner buffet
• Live music by Typsy Gypsy — featuring members who are former Kimberly Football players
• Access to raffle baskets and fundraising activities
